Ingredients

Carrots 2 PCs
apples 2 PCs
celery 2 banter.
lemon juice 1 tsp.
ginger root 2 cm

Method of preparation

Fruits and vegetables wash and peel, cut them into pieces. Squeeze the juice from the ginger, apples, carrots and celery, add to each Cup and a small spoon of lemon juice, mix well.
