Cake for the New year 2018 “Fir forest” – ingredients:

for the dough:

  • 150 g flour,
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g of sugar,

  • 100 ml of milk,
  • 150 g of sugar,
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

  • 2 tablespoons cognac,

for decoration:

  • 30 g butter,
  • 30 g cream
  • 1 Cup powdered sugar,
  • 10 g of vanilla sugar,
  • green food coloring
  • colored confectionery coating,
  • 100 g of chocolate.

Cake for the New year 2018 “Fir forest” – cooking:

  • For a start, make a biscuit. Separate the whites from the yolks and whip the whites with the salt in a cool foam. Continuing to whisk, gradually pour in proteins half of the sugar. Mash the yolks with the remaining sugar and gradually enter into proteins. Then gradually add eggs, sifted flour, vanilla sugar and whipped dough at the lowest speed of the mixer until lumps disappear.
  • Pour the batter into greased with butter and covered with parchment the form for baking and send in a preheated 200°C oven. Bake cake 40-45 minutes without opening the oven. Check the readiness with a wooden stick – it should be dry. To biscuit not opal, leave it to cool in the oven.
