Fried potatoes with meat – trivial dish, which even beginners in cooking. Very simple, hearty, bold and delicious. We can say, the dish is simple and rustic cuisine.
Description of preparation:
After any holiday is almost always stays in the fridge already cooked, but for some reason have not eaten meat. Utilizing cooked meat I’m cooking about dishes such as this. Fried potatoes with meat – the dish is very simple and rough, a bit fatty, but no less delicious. When you do not want the frills, and just want tasty food, simple recipe for fried potatoes with meat – that’s it. Good luck in making it!
- Potatoes — 4 Pieces
- Onion — 1 Piece
- Butter — 2 tbsp. spoon
- Garlic — 1 Clove
- Spices to taste (paprika, thyme)
- Greens — to taste
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- The meat is ready — 300 Grams
How to cook “Fried potatoes with meat”
Peel potatoes and onions. Cut the potato cubes medium size onions finely enough.
Heat in a saucepan a bit of butter, put the potatoes, fry for 4-5 minutes on medium-high heat.
Then reduce the heat to medium, add the onions.
Stir and fry for 10-15 minutes on medium heat until almost fully cooked potatoes. Don’t forget to stir constantly.
Meanwhile, on cubes of medium size cut into already cooked meat – chops, steaks or anything else that was left after yesterday’s dinner.
When the potato is almost ready, add to the pan finely chopped garlic. Cook one minute until the appearance of a garlic flavor.
Add cubes of chopped meat.
When the potatoes, onions and meat are thoroughly mixed, add to the pan a little, somewhere half a Cup of water.
Add the spices, salt, pepper, and cook until the water has evaporated.
Finally, add the finely chopped greens, stir and remove from heat.
