Dessert this recipe enjoyed by our grandparents. Jelly cream is easy to prepare. Try it, you will love it!
Description of preparation:
Simple recipe of fine and forgotten Goodies. Warm on low heat the cream, add coffee and sugar, wait till they are dissolved. Then put on the fire the soaked gelatin, it needs to be dissolved. Mix the gelatin with the cream, pour into forms and let it harden in the fridge. The table can be served with ice cream. Bon appetit!
- Cream — 500 Ml
- Water — 100 Milliliters
- Sugar — 3 Tbsp. spoon
- Gelatin — 2 Tbsp. spoon
- Instant coffee — 4 teaspoons
How to cook “Blancmange recipe classic”
Soak gelatin in water. Wait until it swells.
Heat the cream, add coffee and sugar, stir until full dissolution. Then remove from heat.
Gelatin soaked warm (not boiling) and mix with cream.
The resulting mixture pour into forms and put in the refrigerator until fully cured. When blancmange hardens, dip the form for a few seconds in hot water and invert on a plate. So you can easily remove the jelly from the mould. As a variant: in the blancmange, you can add a little brandy. The table can be served our dessert with ice cream.
