Description of preparation:

A delicious recipe for thighs. Make incisions in them and fry on the grill pan without adding oil. Prepare the sauce, whisking in a blender with hot pepper, finely chopped garlic cloves, Basil, Worcestershire sauce, juice of half a lemon, olive oil, vinegar and sweet paprika powder. Add water and pour it into form, put the ham, lay the sprigs of thyme and rosemary and bake for 10 minutes. In parallel, coarsely chop the bell pepper, fry it in the pan and place on top of the finished dish. Bon appetit!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken legs — 8 Pieces
  • Bell pepper — 2 Pieces
  • Hot pepper — 1 Piece
  • Lemon — 0,5 Pieces
  • Rosemary sprig — 3 Pieces
  • Sprig of thyme — 3 Pieces
  • Worcestershire sauce — 2 teaspoons
  • Sweet paprika — 1 teaspoon
  • Water — 150 Ml
  • Olive oil — 4 St. spoon
  • Wine vinegar — 2 tbsp. spoon
  • Basil leaves — to taste

How to cook “Chicken thighs”

Preheat the grill pan and sear the chicken without adding oil to the bacon fat. Fry on medium heat the side with the skin 7 minutes, then flip and fry another 5 minutes on the other side.

Combine in a blender with hot pepper, finely chopped garlic cloves, Basil, Worcestershire sauce, juice of half a lemon, olive oil, vinegar and sweet paprika powder. Whisk in a homogeneous mass and add water.

The resulting sauce pour into a baking dish, put the ham, skin side up, place on top of sprigs of thyme and rosemary. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the dish for 10 minutes. In parallel, coarsely chop the bell pepper, fry it in the pan and place on top of the finished dish.
