Salad-appetizer “Christmas tree balls”Posted in : Snacks on by : root
This appetizer can be prepared in minutes, it looks nice and festive on the table, the more balls are perfectly stored in the refrigerator, chilled they are even better!
Description of preparation:
I spent all of 15 minutes and was such a pretty appetizer, right? Ready balls – soft and gentle, but if you put them for a couple of hours in the fridge, the snack will be more dense. - Leafy greens (salad) — 4-5 Pieces
- Hard cheese — 100 Grams
- Crab sticks — 200 Grams
- Egg chicken — 2 Pieces
- Mayonnaise — 100 Grams
- Olives black or green — 50 Grams (pitted)
- Salt, ground black pepper — to taste
How to prepare “Salad appetizer “Christmas balls””
So, prepare products. Boil eggs, cool and shell. Crab sticks are free from plastic bags. The olives will drain from the liquid.
At the most shallow grater RUB cheese, eggs and crab sticks. A third of the mass of crab chips set aside separately for breading balls. Add the mayonnaise. Salt and other spices as desired, I have not added anything, even salt, for my taste it was just enough. Mix well.
From the cheese-crab roll and weight balls, size doesn’t matter, do what you like. My about of a walnut. Obvalivat each ball in crab shavings.
