Selection of chocolate at your discretion, I love black but can be white or milky. Amount of raspberries depends on the size of the tins in which you make chocolates. If the molds are small, like mine, Malinki will take 30 pieces. And if the form is larger (as in the freezer for ice), the chocolates will only have 15, then raspberry need 15 pieces. - Chocolate — 280 Grams
- Cream cheese — 220 Grams
- Powdered sugar — 1/2 Cup
- Vanilla extract — to taste (or essence)
- Whipped cream — 1/4 Cup
- Raspberry — 15-30 Pieces
How to make “Candy “Cheesecake” chocolate”
Prepare the foods. Will also need a silicone mold or ice cube maker. But I have to say: of silicone is much easier to remove the candy. Whip the cream to soft fluffy mass.
Connect the cream cheese and powdered sugar, add the whipped cream.
Melt the chocolate in each cell, pour some hot chocolate.
Take the mold in hand and a circular motion, spread the chocolate on the inner part of the form. Send in the fridge for 5 minutes, the chocolate froze.
Quarter fill the chocolate molds with the cheese cream.
Insert the center for the raspberry.
Coffee spoons fill with the cheese cream is completely cookie cutter. The cream should get not only around the raspberries, but inside.
Pour over top of each chocolate candy and send in the fridge for 1 hour to solidify.
