Eggs Benedict is an original Breakfast dish that I love in the United States. It is served in many restaurants because it looks spectacular. If you are still not prepared, I advise you to study.
Description of preparation:
Maybe boil an egg in a bag will you not the first time. Most importantly, taste! After all, the snack turns out very tasty and hearty. Therefore, be sure to familiarize yourself with how to prepare eggs Benedict with Chile. Sharp taste goes well with tomato sauce and the main ingredient.
- Chicken soup — 480 Milliliters
- Tomato sauce — 540 Grams
- Egg — 4 Pieces
- Chili pepper green — 2 Pieces
- A round of toast or a savoury muffin 4 Slice
- Olive oil — 1 tbsp. spoon
- Butter — 1 tbsp. spoon
- Onion — 0,5 Pieces
- Sweet green pepper — 0,5 Pieces
- Jalapeno pepper — 1 Piece
- Garlic — 1 Clove
- Cilantro, sprig — 2 Pieces
- Cumin is 1.5 teaspoons
- Cayenne pepper — to 0.25 tsp
- Salt — to taste
- Vinegar — 2 teaspoons

How to cook “Eggs Benedict with Chile”
For a start, finely chop the garlic, onion, jalapenos and sweet peppers. Send these ingredients in a pan with butter. Stir in the Cayenne pepper and cumin.
Roast the vegetables, stirring occasionally, until soft.
Then to the pan pour in the broth and tomato sauce. Simmer the sauce for about 20 minutes on a slow fire, stirring a couple of times. At the end add salt to taste.
In another pan in olive oil, fry until Golden brown long sliced chili peppers.
Now the most difficult. Prepare eggs. Heat water in a saucepan. Add a spoonful of vinegar.
Water do not boil. Break the egg into a bowl.
Then with a spatula make in the pot swirl. In the centre, pour in the egg.
After 3-4 minutes the yolk will be covered with a white film, and the egg will be ready. Remove it with a slotted spoon from the water.
Assemble the dish. On toast, put the chilli, then the egg and tomato sauce. You’re done! Bon appetit!
