How to make “Grape yoghurt jelly”
Prepare the foods for dessert. Thoroughly wash the grapes, allow to drain dry or Pat dry with a paper towel. Yogurt and juice should be at room temperature.
Measure 70 ml of grape juice. Heat to 70-80 degrees and connect with the gelatin. Put in a water bath for 10 minutes. Stir a couple of times.
Until the gelatin dissolves, you can prepare the grapes. Every berry cut into halves, remove pits. I have sort of pitted, so I just cut in half.
Half of the diluted gelatin connect with the remaining juice. Mix.
Lay the berries on kremanku. Several pieces leave for decoration.
Pour grape juice, berries, send a bowl in the fridge for 1 hour to harden the dessert.
If the gelatin has cooled, heat it and add in yogurt. Mix well, stir in the sugar, mix again.
In yogurt, you can add a bit of vanilla sugar, then the yogurt will be more fragrant.
Pour frozen jelly pour yogurt: be careful not to damage the frozen grape layer. I poured the yogurt a tablespoon, slowly. Send in the fridge for dessert for another 1 hour.
