Grilled cheese and carrot – this signature French toast my mom that I love since childhood. Very cheap and easy to prepare, but what a delicious… better than the sandwiches with red caviar, as for me 🙂
Description of preparation:
Since childhood I have developed the habit of always eat sandwiches with tea or coffee. From standard sandwiches with cheese and sausage have been disgusted, because we try to invent something else. One of my favorite choices is the grilled cheese and carrots. Similar to Welsh rarebit, the recipe of which is simple as the World, even in Soviet times was preparing my grandmother, but she slathered cheese-carrot mixture on regular bread, I smear on toasted. In my opinion, it tastes better. Serve French toast with cheese and carrots it is possible not only to tea, but on the holiday table as snacks. Try it!
- Carrots — 4-5 Pieces
- Mozzarella cheese (grated) — 2 Cups
- Cheddar cheese (grated) — 2 Cups
- Garlic — 3 Cloves
- Mayonnaise — 1 Cup
- White bread — 1 Piece
How to cook “French Toast with cheese and carrot”
Carrots need to clean, boil and grate on a coarse grater.
Cheese RUB on a small grater.
Mix shredded carrots and cheese.
Clean several large cloves of garlic.
Garlic press out in mayonnaise.
Mix the carrot, cheese and mayonnaise with garlic. Mix well – and let our toppings ready.
Take a baking sheet, lightly grease it with oil.
