- Vegetable oil — 0.5 Cups (dough)

- Carrot — 1 Piece (stuffed)
- Onion — 1 Piece (stuffed)
- Vegetable oil — 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Yolk — 1 Piece

How to cook “Versare”
Prepare the foods for the dough and filling. Sauerkraut press from the liquid. Let’s get started!
First you need to prepare the dough. Take a deep pot, stir in the sifted flour, make a well in the center. Pour oil, water, put salt. Circular movements of a spoon knead the dough.
Knead the dough. Gather it into a lump. Wrap in a package or just cover with a cloth to dry, and leave on for 20 minutes.
Peel the onions and carrots, chop the onion half rings, carrot — grater!
In vegetable oil fry onions and carrots, add sauerkraut and fry until soft all the vegetables.
