New year’s eve 2018 we will celebrate the year of yellow earth dog, I propose on this occasion to prepare a light and tasty salad. The heart of a dog what? Right, a simple, open and without secrets.
Description of preparation:
I’ve been thinking how to cook salad “heart of a Dog”. And decided to make a favorite salad with pork heart and fresh cucumber. Decorated it with canned corn, because the coming year – the year of the yellow dog, I think the salad would have to be yellow! I think I’ve hit the hostess of the year… Happy new year!
- Heart (pork or beef) — 300 Grams
- Fresh cucumber — 1 Piece (if large, half is enough)
- The large egg — 2 Pieces
- Canned corn — 150 Grams
- Paprika — 1 Piece (or sweet peppers)
- Mayonnaise — to taste
- Salt — to taste
- Ground black pepper — to taste
Number of servings: 2-3
How to cook the “Salad “heart of a Dog””
Prepare the foods for the salad. Pre-boil a pig’s heart in salted water with spices (pepper allspice and Bay leaf). Boil eggs. Wash the cucumber. Open the can of corn and drain the liquid.
Cut into small cubes, paprika (bell pepper) and the heart.
Dice cucumber and eggs.
Assemble all ingredients in a bowl and add salt, pepper, a little mayonnaise. Mix.
On a plate put the salad in the shape of a heart.
Cover it with a thin layer of mayonnaise to better stuck to the corn.
Put the salad in a coat of corn. The salad is ready! Brew does not need to. Happy holidays!
