If we want to diversify the evening with alcohol, then do cocktails. Bright, tasty and varied. What if you apply as a liquid but as a dessert? This is possible, see for yourself!
Description of preparation:
Learn how to make “Drunken” Jell-o. The recipe is actually lying on the surface, because this sweet can be made from any liquid and add the gelatin. And here we will make two layers: a sweet grape liqueur “crème de Cassis” and sour from the lemon with vodka. Beware, the dessert quietly intoxicating.
- Liqueur “crème de Cassis” — 180 Milliliters
- Vodka — 240 Ml
- Hot water — 2 Cups (1 Cup for the lemon layer, 1 Cup – grape layer)
- Lemon juice — 2/3 Cup
- Sugar — 0.5 Cups
- Gelatin, a bag — 5 Pieces (1 piece for grape layer, 4 pieces – lemon layer)
- Grape jelly — 90 Grams
- Berries or fruit — to taste
How to cook “”Drunk” jelly”
Make the grape layer. In hot water dissolve gelatin and Jell-o according to instructions on the package. Then dissolve the gelatin in a water bath. And connect the liquid with the liquor. Pour the first layer in a rectangular shape. Remove the jelly in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Yet enjoy a second layer. Squeeze the juice of lemons. Then connect it with vodka. In the water dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Then dissolve it and connect with juice and vodka. Next, stir in the sugar. Mix everything thoroughly and strain.
Pour the second layer gilet to set in stone the first. Put dessert in refrigerator overnight until fully cured. Then turn over and form the basis of the cut into equal parts so that they fit in your mouth.
“Drunken” Jell-o garnish with berries or slices of fruit. Add the skewers. So it will be easier to eat. Pleasant tasting!
