Vegetable soup with ginger is a smart increases appetite, promotes healthy digestion, improves immunity and has prevention of asthma. To taste you can add other vegetables (broccoli, peas).

- Onion — 3 Pieces
- Tomato — 3 Pieces
- Garlic — 15 Cloves
- Ginger — 20 Grams

How to prepare “Vegetable soup with ginger”
1. For this soup we will need a lot of garlic and onions. This vegetable tandem in soup will become a real vitaminized dish (especially in the offseason). First we need to slice the onion half rings and small pieces — garlic cloves.
2. Cut the tomatoes and put them in a saucepan or a pot where we cook the soup. Ginger grate and put to the vegetables. Fill with water so that it covered the vegetables.
3. Cover, bring to boil and simmer until the moment when the garlic is soft (about 25-30 minutes). Add salt to taste.
4. After the vegetables become soft, it will indicate their readiness. Since water is slightly evaporated, the consistency of the finished soup will be perfect.
