Description of preparation:
Tender rolls are due to the cheese and butter. I also added a little chili pepper ground, it gave them a twist. The buns turned out moderately spicy, I think to add more next time and a pinch of black pepper for flavor.
- Gouda cheese — 120 Grams
- Water — 100 Milliliters
- Turmeric 0,5 tsp
- Milk — 100 Ml
- The flour — 300 Grams
- Sugar — 2 teaspoons
- The fresh yeast — 15 Grams
- Butter — 50 Grams
- Salt — 1 teaspoon
- Chili pepper, ground — 2-3 Pinches (a little bit)
- Egg — 1 Piece (for lubrication rolls)
- Sesame seeds — 1 teaspoon (for topping rolls)

How to make “Cheese biscuits”
Prepare the ingredients for rolls. Milk and water warm up to 40 degrees.
The butter will melt.
Connect the warm milk, water, salt, sugar and yeast. Dissolve everything.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
To the yeast mixture add some flour, cheese, butter. Mix.
Then stir in the remaining flour, spices, knead the dough.
Do not punch the dough, let the bun is soft. Once stopped, the dough is sticky, so flour is enough. Cover with a clean, dry cloth and leave the dough warm for 1 hour.
After an hour the dough should increase by at least three times. Upset with his hands.
Divide the dough into equal parts, quantity to your taste. place buns on a greased baking sheet. brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Keep warm for proofing for 15-20 minutes. After put to bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
