Yes, you read that right – ice cream and in the batter. That is fried. Even though it may seem – how to combine incompatible things – ice cream and frying? But everything is possible and it turns out very tasty.
Description of preparation:
Original and unusual dessert. Ice cream cut into pieces and roll in the prepared batter – coconut, egg and corn flakes. Then quickly sauté in oil for 30-35 seconds and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes. You can then bring to the table. Bon appetit!
- Ice Cream — 150 Grams
- Chips coconut — to taste
- Corn flakes — to taste
- Vegetable oil — to taste
- Egg — 1 Piece
How to make “Ice cream tempura”
Cut ice cream into equal pieces.
Roll each in coconut, then whipped into foam egg.
Next, roll the ice cream in crushed corn flakes and again in egg.
Pre-heat the oil for deep frying. Fry each slice of ice cream for 30-35 seconds and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes. You can then bring to the table.
