- Beef — 800 Grams
- Tomatoes in own juice — 500 Grams (or fresh tomatoes)
- Melted butter — 100 Grams
- Potatoes — 5 Pieces
- Onion — 2 Pieces
- Pickles — 5 Pieces
- Spices — to taste
How to cook “ASE tartare with beef”
1. Heated cauldron and melt it butter. Fry onions first until Golden, then add the meat. Fry until Golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Add tomatoes (or tomato paste if chopped fresh tomatoes) and bring to a boil.
3. Add water or broth, all the ingredients were covered. Again bring to a boil. If necessary, more salt and pepper.
4. Now add the potato cubes and cucumbers. Mix it and stew until potatoes are done and meat.
5. Serve, sprinkled with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
