Very easy to prepare the broth in a slow cooker. Enough to add the ingredients and press “Start”. For the broth you can use any part of the carcass without the skin. I use a chicken “frame”, it always remains.

- Water — 1 Liter
- Chicken frame — 350-400 Grams
- Onion — 1 Piece
- Carrots — 1 Piece
- Salt — to taste
- Pepper — 2-5 Pieces
- Bay leaf — 1-2 Pieces (optional)
How to cook “Chicken soup in a slow cooker”
Prepare the food for the broth. For more oily or rich broth put more meat. For dietary or baby food, such amount of meat and bones enough. Vegetables wash and rinse under water. Add spices to taste.
Put in a saucepan multivarki meat, vegetables whole spices and salt. Cover with cold water. Turn on the “Soup” and then click “Start”.
After 45-50 minutes, the chicken broth is ready. Remove vegetables and spices from broth.
