Diet pasta is a delicious dish included in the diet of my wife, when she sat on a strict diet. I hope a simple recipe diet paste will help you!
Description of preparation:
Italian kitchen is full of diet recipes. For example, dietary pasta with pesto made of parsley – very light (if you don’t overdo it with the serving) dish, which thanks to its great taste helps to get rid of suffering inherent in sitting on a rigid diet to man 🙂 My wife when she lost weight, this dish is like – according to her, diet pasta is so delicious that any fatty foods is not desirable. Indeed, if you use good Parmesan and fresh parsley, pasta turns out good. Of course, if you are constantly eating this pasta and nothing else to do – not lose weight, but a full meal it can replace. Good and cooks very quickly. Good luck in making it!
- Pasta — 500 Grams (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- Parsley fresh — 100 Grams
- Parmesan, grated — 50 Grams
- Lemon juice — 2 teaspoons
- Garlic — 2 Cloves
- Salt — 1/4 teaspoons
- Olive oil — 1/2 Cup
How to cook “pasta Diet”
Fresh parsley, Parmesan, garlic and salt put in the bowl of a blender.
Grind to the consistency of homogeneous dry chips.
Adding to the resulting crumbs olive oil and lemon juice. Whisk again – the bags (the consistency of something akin to cheese).
Here is the pesto.
Boil pasta until tender as directed on the package. Mix in a pot, boiled until cooked pasta, pesto and a little water in which cooked pasta. Stir and warm the dish for 1 minute, until ingredients are blended.
When the pasta and pesto mixed – remove from heat and immediately served.
