Description of preparation:
For the salad, boil the broccoli in salted water, pour over ice. In a pan, fry the chicken fillet until cooked. Cut the tomato. Assemble the salad on a bed of greens, make mayonnaise mesh and get it!
- Chicken fillet — 200 Grams
- Broccoli — 150 Grams
- Tomato — 1 Piece
- Garlic — 1 Clove
- Mayonnaise — to taste
- Oregano — 1-2 Pinches
- Lettuce — 1 Bunch
- Salt — to taste
- Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp. spoon

How to cook “a Salad with broccoli and chicken”
Prepare foods for salad. Chicken fillet wash and dry with paper towel. Wash the lettuce and tomato, peel garlic.
Salt chicken and sprinkle with oregano or other favorite herbs. Fry it in vegetable oil until tender on medium heat under the lid, so it had cooked inside.
