Delicious soup! The taste of balls similar to semolina, sour aftertaste, because the soup has two kinds of cabbage. See how to cook soup with potato balls!

- Chicken broth — 3 Liters
- Salt — to taste
- Bay leaf — 1 Piece
- Broccoli — 150 Grams
- Cauliflower 150 Grams
- Onion — 1 Piece
- Dill — to taste
- Potatoes — 4 Pieces (for bulbs)
- Egg — 1 Piece (for bulbs)
- Semolina — 1 tbsp. spoon (for bulbs)
How to cook “Soup with potato balls”
Prepare according to the list of products. Please note that the potato balls are only made of three products: potatoes, semolina and raw egg. Salt in calculation I do not take everything according to the desires. So cook in advance for the soup meat broth. Potatoes wash and boil in their jackets until tender. Let cool slightly so it was warm.
Meat broth salt to taste and bring to a boil. Throw the pieces of cabbage and finely chopped onion. Boil for 15 minutes. Warm the potatoes, peel and grate them on the smallest teracce.
Add semolina, egg and salt. Mix.
Better to mix with a fork, crushing the potatoes. Stir until then, until the mixture is smooth and will not gather in a lump.
Slightly wet hands, gather a teaspoon of the potato mass roll the balls. The size of the ball should be walnut or cherry.
In the finished soup at a strong boil, drop your balls and greens. Once the balls pop up, immediately turn off the fire.
