Before you recipe for how to cook Piri rice — a fragrant dessert from the Indian cuisine. Interesting combination of rice pudding with milk and add cardamom and rose water. Served chilled.
Description of preparation:
In Indian cooking very often used cardamom. It is a useful spice to work our stomach, natural flavor enhancer and tonic. It is also added to tea and coffee. Any dessert with cardamom acquires a specific pleasant smell and taste. Try it and you fancy rice pudding — Phiri Fig. Pleasant to you of hassle in the kitchen!
- Fig — 4 St. spoon
- Milk — 500 Ml
- Sugar — 2 Tbsp. spoon
- Cardamom — 1 teaspoon
- Rose water — 2 tbsp. spoon (or honey)
How to cook “Phiri rice”
Prepare the necessary products. Figure pre-rinse in cool water, drain and soak in clear cold water for 45 minutes.
Milk, sugar and cardamom put on fire and bring to a boil. Drain the water from the rice, leaving a couple of tablespoons. Grind the rice using a blender to a paste.
The resulting paste enter into the boiling milk, cook until thick. If you have any lumps, “punch” their immersion blender until smooth. Add rose water or honey, stir, put in molds and let cool.
