Soup with beef broth is especially tasty. It is flavorful and hearty. Cook the soup on beef broth with me, you will not regret!
Description of preparation:
In the soup I always put sour cream. It not just improves the taste of the soup, but even emphasizes its flavor notes.
- Cabbage — 150 Grams
- Potatoes — 6 Pieces
- Onion — 2 Pieces
- Carrots — 1 Piece
- Beets — 1 Piece
- Beef broth — 2 Liters
- Salt, spices — to taste
- Tomato juice — 1 Cup
- Vegetable oil — 50 Ml
How to cook “Soup in beef broth”
Beef broth to pot. If you have less than 2 liters of broth, add water.
Beets RUB on a grater.
Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
In vegetable oil fry the chopped onions.
To the onions add the carrots and fry all together.
In the boiling broth throws 50% of the beets. Cook it separately. The remaining 50% fry onion and carrots.
In a frying pan to the vegetables then add the tomato. Simmer everything on medium heat.
In the boiling broth, the beets will lose their color. Add the sliced potatoes.
The potatoes will cook for 5-7 minutes. Add the chopped cabbage and tomato sauté, which we have prepared.
When all the products of the soup comes to ready, wash and chop the prunes. Add it to the boiling broth. Add salt, spices. Cook for about 1-2 minutes and switch off.
The soup is ready. At the end of cooking, already turned off the oven, in the soup, squeeze a few cloves of garlic.
Pour into plates and serve.
