I want to share with you my recipe for sweet rolls in a hurry. They really are prepared quickly. You can knead the dough for 10 minutes. Baked for half an hour. Delicious biscuits on your table!

- Flour — 300 Grams
- Yogurt or sour cream — 300 Grams
- Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp. spoon
- Egg — 1 Piece (for lubrication rolls)
- Salt — 1.5 teaspoons
- Sugar — 0.5 Cups
- Baking powder — 2 teaspoons
How to prepare “Sweet buns in a hurry”
Knead the dough. To the flour add salt, sugar (2-3 teaspoons), baking powder, mix thoroughly. In yogurt or sour cream add vegetable oil, stir and there carefully add the flour. Knead the dough.
Cut the dough into small pieces from which we shape our buns.
The rolls generated are what you like. Grease them with egg to give a Golden color when baked. Sprinkle biscuits with sugar and sesame seeds. Put the rolls on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
