- Chicken broth — 250 Ml
- Egg — 1 Piece
- Soy sauce — 1/2 teaspoons
- Sesame oil — 1/2 teaspoons
- Corn starch — 1 teaspoon
- Chives — 1 Bunch
- Salt — to taste
- White pepper ground — to taste
- Dried garlic — 1/2 teaspoons
How to cook “Soup with eggs (better than the restaurant)”
Prepare the necessary products.
The starch dissolve with 2 tsp of cold broth. In the rest of the broth add the soy sauce, sesame oil, dried garlic, bring to a boil. Pour the starch, stir.
Whisk the egg, pour in broth, stir. Add salt and pepper to taste.
