How to cook a “Snack “Fluff””
For preparation of this snacks you will need a syringe (10 or 20 CC) and the skewers. Any greens for decoration.
Take a sterile syringe. The more cubes, the more stable will be the appetizer on skewers. Cut off exactly the part that put the needle.
Bread, cheese, sausage cut into plates with a thickness of 0.5 cm Syringe will collect canapés. Pull the syringe plunger almost all the way, but do not remove it completely. Squeeze cheese, sausage and bread, as pictured. Alternate layers at its discretion, but heavy foods should be down to the appetizer was sustainable. I started with bread, but in the process realized that the bread snack stand will not be able and the rest is done correctly, first strung the sausage.
When the syringe is filled with products completely insert in the center with the skewer, and then a piston is used to squeeze conapesca.
Boil egg, separate it into whites and yolks and RUB on a small grater in different plates. Crab sticks better to freeze, and then RUB it.
Make canapés, open a jar of cheese. Let’s get to the fun part!
Each sandwich is carefully coat the cheese on all sides. Roll the canopy into a different topping: egg yolk, protein or crab sticks.
Here’s a “fluffy” appetizer turned out!
The snack can, and so to stand on the plate, but for greater stability, I stuck them in two rings of sausage (she loves doggy!) and sprinkled with chopped onions. Happy New Year!!!
