Delicious salad originated by itself from the existing products, but it turned out tasty and healthy dish. Try it!
Description of preparation:
Fry the liver, shred the cabbage, chop the greens. Stir and season with vegetable oil. Ready!
- Chicken liver — 300 Grams
- Cabbage — 300 Grams
- Any greens — 1 Bunch
- Vegetable oil — 50 Ml
- Salt and pepper — to taste
How to prepare “Salad with liver”
Chicken liver should be fried in vegetable oil on all sides. To cook completely, add salt and pepper. Cut into small pieces.
White cabbage finely shred. Sprinkle spices, salt. Remember hands and put in the bowl to the liver.
Chop the greens. We can take any part of the trees. If salad will be served for lunch on a weekday, it is probably better to exclude green onions. Add the chopped herbs in a salad bowl.
Salad season with vegetable oil. Mix. Serve. Bon appetit!
