Each family have their own recipe of borscht. I inherited from my grandmother. She cooked the soup in an unusual way. Matter whether the soup taste like this or not – I don’t know, but it is amazing.

- Cabbage — 200 Grams
- Onion — 1 Piece
- Carrots — 1 Piece
- Beets — 1 Piece
- Bulgarian pepper — 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil — 50 Ml
- Water Is 1 Kilogram
- Tomato juice — 1 Cup
- Salt, sugar, spices — to taste
- Vinegar — 1 teaspoon
- Poultry meat (feet) — 400 Grams

How to prepare the “Soup a real”
Any meat for the soup, you must first wash, then place in a saucepan and cover with water. Put on to cook. As soon as the water boils, toss in the pan 2 whole halves Bulgarian pepper. Let them stew together.
Carrots and onions need to clean and chop.
Shred the cabbage thin strips.
In vegetable oil fry the onion. Add carrots.
Add the fried beets (70%) and tomato juice. Simmer all together, stirring occasionally.
The remaining beets (30%) drop in boiling broth. Peel and dice the potatoes. When the beet broth is light, add the potatoes.
In the boiling broth, add the cabbage. Cook for 15 minutes. Add salt, spices and sauté.
At the end of cooking add to the soup a teaspoon of vinegar. He will fix the color of the soup, and the taste will brighten.
Serve the soup as is possible with sour cream or without it.
