Tasty, juicy pizza in a pan in 10 minutes – a perfect dish for lunch or dinner in a hurry. Simple recipe for pizza in a pan is especially good for beginners.

I love pizza, but I really don’t like to cook – it’s too much work, especially with the test. And if you cook with store-bought dough, it turns out not so good.About a year ago I found a recipe online pizza on the pan. At first was skeptical – don’t believe 10 minutes, but still in the pan, you can cook more or less edible pizza. But curiosity prevailed, and I still tried. And you know what? I liked it! Of course, this pizza is a bit unconventional, not like the pizza, but if you compare pure taste, the pizza in the pan is not inferior to ordinary.Calories true 🙂 But sometimes you can afford.
- Sour Cream — 5 Tbsp. spoons
- Mayonnaise — 5 Tbsp. spoons
- Eggs — 2 Pieces
- Flour — 10 Tbsp. spoons
- Tomatoes — 2 Pieces
- Sausage — 150 Grams
- Cheese — 200 Grams
- salt to taste

How to cook “Pizza in the pan”
Mix all ingredients for the dough: sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs and flour. Whisk until smooth, add salt to taste.
The resulting mixture pour into the pan, greased with vegetable oil. Cover the stuffing – sausage and tomatoes, but you can add what you like.
Top generously sprinkle with grated cheese. Don’t spare the cheese, or the pizza will turn out dry and tasteless.
We put the pizza on a medium heat, fry for about 2-3 minutes (until the dough will seize), then cover the pan with a lid and cook the pizza to melt the cheese.
Once the cheese is melted pizza is ready.
