Jelly cake recipe – ingredients:

for the dough:

  • 2 eggs,
  • 50 g butter,
  • 120 g flour,
  • 100 g icing sugar,
  • 10 g baking powder,
  • 3 tbsp water,
  • pinch of salt,

for the filling:

  • 400 g fatty curd,
  • 100 ml of milk,
  • 100 g of cream,
  • 120 g icing sugar,
  • 0.5 lemon,
  • 10 g gelatin,
  • 0.5 package (45 g) fruit jelly,
  • 200 ml of water,
  • jelly cake decorations.

Cake with jelly filling – recipe:

  • Separate the whites from the yolks and whip to a foam. Mash the egg yolks with the icing sugar and butter by adding water. Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder into the yolk mass. Then add the beaten egg whites and knead the dough.
  • Put the dough in a greased form and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Ready cake to cool, not getting out of shape.
  • Soak gelatine and dissolve in warm milk. With lemon remove the zest and squeeze the juice. Whipped cream.
  • Combine cheese, icing sugar, zest and lemon juice and blend blender. Add in a lot of milk with gelatin and stir. Then enter the cream and again blend it all together.
  • Around the shape with the finished cake get the a side. Put it on the cake with cottage cheese cream and put in refrigerator for 3 hours.
  • Make the fill. In hot boiled water pour fruit jelly, stir until dissolved, and fill a pie. Again put jelly pie in a cool place for freezing.
