Today I’ll tell you how to cook salad with croutons and cheese. This delicious, hearty salad combines the ease of Chinese cabbage, the sweetness, the feta, the crunch of croutons and dressing. Treat!
Description of the preparation:
I like to compose the salad by adding new ingredients. And in this salad special piquancy gives the original dressing. Mustard seeds when heated, impart a nutty flavor vegetable oil. Try it, it’s delicious! Pleasant to you of hassle in the kitchen!
- Feta — 150 Grams
- Egg — 1 Piece
- Cabbage — 1 Piece
- Tomatoes — 1-2 Pieces
- Slice loaf — 4-5 Pieces
- Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. spoon
- Mustard seeds — 1 teaspoon
- Paprika, dried — 1 teaspoon
- Garlic — 1-2 Cloves
- Lemon juice — 1 tbsp. spoon
- Tangerine juice — 1 tbsp. spoon
- salt to taste
- Green onions — 1 Bunch

How to cook “a Salad with croutons and cheese”
Prepare the necessary products. Vegetables, rinse with cool water.
Egg boil hard boiled.
Vegetable oil and mustard seeds, heat in a pan. As soon as the mustard seeds will splutter, remove from heat immediately! Pour the hot oil into a container for the filling.
The baguette slices cut into such pieces, then it is convenient to chop with a fork. On a heated pan, greased with oil, put chopped garlic. Add slices of baguette, sprinkle with paprika and sauté until it will turn brown.
Shred the cabbage, slice the peeled egg slices, put the cabbage and egg on the dish for serving.

Now croutons, salt all to taste. Keep in mind that the feta is quite salty.
Feta cut into small pieces. For the filling mix the oil with the mustard seeds and citrus juice, dress the salad. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
