    • 100 ml of milk
    • 4 tbsp semolina
    • 50 g butter
    • 3 tbsp fat sour cream
    • 1 protein

    • 1,5 tsp dry yeast;
    • 150 ml warm milk;
    • 80 g butter, softened;
    • 100 g of sugar;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 450 g flour
    • 1/3 tsp salt;
    • 1 lemon;
    • 80 g raisins;
    • 5 tbsp of powdered sugar;

    Recipe of Easter bread with lemon and raisins preparation:

  • Pour the raisins with boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain the water and Pat dry with paper towel.
