- Tomato — 1 Kg
- Sugar — 2 Tbsp. spoon

How to cook “Tomato juice for winter home”
Large tomatoes cut into medium pieces and loop through a meat grinder with a nozzle for tomatoes. Add salt, sugar and cloves to taste.
On high heat bring to a boil, remove the foam. Boil tomato juice for 20-25 minutes on low heat.
I removed the foam evaporated in a saucepan or deep frying pan to a paste and then use for filling soup.
Hot tomato juice pour into sterilized jars and screw clean caps. Cool and store in a cool place.
