- Coffee strong — 300 Ml
- Cream 30% fat — 300 Ml
- Whiskey — 2 Tbsp. spoon (or cognac)

How to make “Ice cream “Irish coffee””
Prepare the necessary products. Brew strong coffee, let cool.
Pour the coffee and 1/2 the amount of cream in ice cube trays, place in freezer for an hour.
The chocolate and 1 tbsp cream melt in a saucepan with a double bottom. Ice coffee, whiskey and sugar to taste (about 1 tbsp) and mix until large crumbs using a blender in the mode of pulsation.
